Booth structures must meet OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.107.
Booths, for protection, must have approved automatic sprinklers on the upstream and downstream sides of the filters to meet OSHA standard 1910.107(b)(5)(iv).
For a dry chemical extinguishing system standard 1910.161 must be met and those for gaseous agent extinguishing systems for 1910.162.
The storage of flammable materials must meet the provisions of the flammable and combustible liquids standard 1910.106.
The design and construction of inside storage rooms must meet standard 1910.106(d). These requirements address things such as, but not limited to, the maximum size of the room, ventilation, fire protection systems, and electrical wiring and equipment inside the room.

If a state or local public safety agency or official, such as a fire marshal, enforces the NFPA 33 requirements for electrical safety, ventilation, and fire protection, customers would have to comply with them if they were equivalent to, or more protective than 1910.107.
