JETdry is a heating air system designed to accelerate the overall spraying and backing process. Each of the four towers located at the corner of the booth provides four nozzles at a minimum of 3500 CFM, greatly accelerating flash off and curing cycles.
Unlike most control panels which must be installed 3 to 5 feet away from the automotive booth or mixing room, our Speed-Touch LCD is designed to be installed inside the compartment. The Speed-Touch LCD is a digital touch screen that features spray-standby for energy conservation, Spray-On with VFD technology, automotive pressure control and JETdry control.
Dragon-Flame is an air make-up unit made to work your heater's curing cycle. This product is designed to work in any waterborne or salved-based condition, and is ready to provide the highest quality finishes. Working with the VFD, the Dragon-Flame is able to recycle on bake from 80 to 140 degrees in under seconds! With a 10hp motor for intake, and a 10hp for the exaust, the auto pneumatic air damp.
POWERSAVER VFD :
PowerSaver is a variable frequency drive technology designed to work together with the baking cycle, which will overall reduce the exhaust speed and ultimately provide a full curing cycle within the spray booth. The VFD provides pressure control in order to keep the spray booth at a constant positive pressure. These features will overall consume less energy minimizing your costs.
